- Gabriela – The first point of contact (Netherlands) The contact starts with Gabriela. She manages reservations and marketing from the Netherlands. Whether it's questions about availability or help with trip preparation: Gabriela takes care of everything prior to the visit.
- Milly – On-site hostess (Bonaire) On the island, Milly is the familiar face of Park Ayo. As an experienced hostess, she takes care of the welcome and is the point of contact throughout the entire stay. Milly also manages the cleaning team, ensuring the villa meets the highest standards upon arrival – and during any interim cleaning.
- Nilo – Maintenance & Garden care For the preservation of our tropical garden and the technical condition of the park, we rely on Nilo. He visits the park twice a month to ensure the garden always looks well-kept.
- Pool maintenance A crystal-clear pool is essential for comfort on Bonaire. Twice a week, the water is checked and the pool is cleaned, so the quality of the swimming water is constantly guaranteed.
