House Rules

1. No parties or events

To ensure the safety of our guests and respect the peace of our residential area, Villa Carolina maintains a strict policy against parties and events. Only the number of guests listed in the reservation is allowed on the premises at any time.

2. Quiet hours

Please be mindful of our neighbors. We observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. During this time, we ask that you keep noise levels (including music and conversations on the veranda) to a minimum.

3. Air conditioning & Energy saving

Electricity on Bonaire is scarce and expensive. We kindly ask you to use the air conditioning only when you are in the room and to keep all windows and doors closed while the AC is on. Please turn off all units when leaving the villa.

4. Non-smoking policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Villa Carolina. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. We kindly ask you not to leave cigarette butts in the garden or on the street.

5. Damage

Any damage or loss of items will be handled and resolved in consultation with Milly.

6. Check-out & Waste management

Upon departure, please place all trash in the green bin outside. We kindly ask you to leave the kitchen tidy, start the dishwasher, turn off all lights/electronics, and lock all windows and doors.

• Trash collection: On Tuesdays, please place the green bin by the roadside before 9:00 AM.
