1. Booking and Payment
- Advance Payment: For bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
- Last-minute Bookings: If booking within 30 days of arrival, the full amount (100%) must be paid immediately to confirm the reservation.
2. Security Deposit
We do not charge a security deposit – we trust our guests to treat the accommodation with care and respect.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: No charges apply.
- Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: No refund will be provided.
Refunds are processed within 14 days, excluding any bank or service fees. Where possible, refunds are always issued via the original payment method.
4. Arrival & Departure
- Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be possible in consultation with our on-site hostess, Milly.
- Check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM. If you wish to stay until the evening (e.g., due to a late flight), this is possible for a fee of €65 / $75.
- Milly handles check-in and check-out. In some cases, guests may use the lockbox for self-check-in or check-out.
5. Occupancy & Room Use Policy
- 1 - 2 Guests: The booking includes access to one bedroom and one bathroom. To keep utility (water/electricity) and cleaning costs low, the remaining bedroom(s) and bathroom(s) will remain closed and unavailable during the stay.
- 3+ Guests: Access to a second bedroom and bathroom is included in the standard rate.
- Optional access to the entire house: Guests staying with 1 or 2 people who wish to have full access to all rooms can request this for an additional fee of €20 per day.
6. Conduct and Use
The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 4 people and 1 baby. 4 beds and 1 baby cot are provided.
